Shipping policy

At Kov Home, we want your new furniture to arrive as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the details below so you know what to expect after placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once it leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Time

Once processed, orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method used.

Because our furniture pieces vary in size and weight, transit times can differ from item to item — smaller accessories tend to ship faster, while larger crate furniture and multi-piece items may fall toward the higher end of this window due to freight handling requirements.

Delays & Special Circumstances

While we do our best to meet the timeframes above, delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather or natural events
  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • High-volume periods (holidays, promotions, or viral demand spikes)
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses
  • Customs processing, where applicable
  • Manufacturing or freight logistics for oversized furniture items

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, we'll do our best to communicate updates as soon as we're aware of them. Please reach out to us anytime for a status check — we're happy to look into it.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress. Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to fully update.
