Every Kov Home piece is made to order and packed with care — here's exactly what to expect from checkout to delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Because each piece is furniture-grade and packed accordingly, processing time is where a little extra care goes in — we'd rather it arrive intact than just fast.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-10 business days, depending on your location and the size of the piece. Larger designs — like our two-dog and extra-large crates — ship freight and may run slightly longer than our compact, small-dog sizes.
Large Items & Multiple Boxes
Some of our bigger designs (like The Sheridan) ship in two separate boxes due to their size. If your order arrives in more than one box, that's expected — not a sign anything's missing. The boxes may arrive a day or two apart; hold onto all packaging until assembly is complete, in case you need to reference it.
Assembly
All Kov Home crate furniture requires assembly. Most pieces take 1-3 hours with the included hardware and instructions — no special tools needed. We don't currently offer white-glove delivery or assembly service.
Damaged or Missing Items
Inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If anything arrived damaged or a part is missing, contact us at [support email] within [X days] of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for more detail.
Shipping FAQ
How long will my order take to arrive? Orders ship within 1-2 business days and typically arrive 3-10 business days after that.
Will my crate arrive fully assembled? No — all pieces require assembly, generally 1-3 hours depending on the design, with hardware and instructions included.
What if my order arrives in more than one box? Some larger designs ship in two boxes. This is expected — check tracking for both boxes if your order includes more than one.
